Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience designing, operating, and modernizing enterprise data center infrastructure with high availability.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms, routing, Cisco DNA Center, and ISE.
• Experience administering storage systems and SAN, Fibre Channel, iSCSI and endurance storage platforms.
• Experience managing VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux, and IBM AIX environments.
• Experience supporting IBM Z/OS mainframe infrastructure and backup/recovery tools (Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect, Commvault).
• Experience planning infrastructure lifecycle management, capacity planning, and hardware refresh strategies.
• Knowledge of enterprise power infrastructure (UPS, PDUs, generators, N+1 redundancy) and data center monitoring.
• Experience with MDM platforms (Intune, JAMF, MobileIron) and enterprise UC/VoIP systems (CUCM, Unity, Teams Voice).
• Experience leading modernization projects and geographically distributed data center infrastructures.

POSITION DUTIES

1. Enterprise Data Center Operations & Infrastructure

• Demonstrated experience designing, operating, and modernizing enterprise data center infrastructure supporting mission-critical environments with high availability (99.9%+ uptime).
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including:
  • Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms
  • Cisco ISR/ASR routing
  • Cisco DNA Center
  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
  • Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • VLANs, VRFs, QoS, STP, HSRP, EtherChannel
• Experience implementing and supporting Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN), MPLS, VPRN, and hybrid WAN architectures.
• Experience administering enterprise storage infrastructure including:
  • Storage Area Networks (SAN)
  • Fibre Channel
  • iSCSI
