Job summary

The Talent Mine is seeking an IT Operations Team Lead for an on-site role in the Huntington, WV area. You will lead the Infrastructure Team and Application Support Analyst Team, partnering with IT Manager and local leadership to meet facility IT needs and drive AI/automation initiatives.

You will mentor peers, oversee projects, and translate business challenges into scalable, technical solutions while maintaining security and reliability across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in a large, complex organization with multiple divisions.
• Ability to analyze, identify and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and work ethics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner with business operations and production processes.
• Mentor IT infrastructure and Application Support Analyst peers.
• Oversee projects; manage deliverables, cross-functional collaboration, and budget considerations.
• Guide IT initiatives that support modernization aligned with strategy.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers; manage software licenses and hardware maintenance.
