The role reports to the Site Lead and requires hands-on leadership in deployment and break-fix activities. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data center operations, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong hardware diagnostics, with experience in 24x7 operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations or infrastructure support
• 2+ years as lead/supervisor in technical operations
• Strong hardware diagnostics and deployment knowledge
• Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments
• Experience with hyperscale, AI, HPC, cloud, or enterprise DCs
• Experience coordinating across compute and network technician functions

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of Data Center Technicians and provide operational coordination
• Assign work and balance customer requests with project activities
• Maintain shift schedules and staffing for 24x7 needs
• Conduct shift handoffs and ensure continuity of open work
• Escalate issues and provide technical guidance on deployment and incidents
• Coordinate deployments, site expansions, and infrastructure turnover
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Ensure adherence to standards, SOPs, and safety procedures
