Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Team Lead to oversee daily DC technician activities in a large-scale AI and accelerated computing environment. You will coordinate deployment, incident response, and shift performance under the Site Lead's direction.

You will mentor Data Center and Network Technicians, manage 24x7 staffing, and ensure adherence to procedures and safety standards while driving operational excellence in a mission-critical data center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in data center operations or similar.
• Minimum 2 years in lead/supervisory role within technical ops.
• Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments.
• Strong hardware diagnostics and deployment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily data center technician activities and ensure 24x7 staffing.
• Escalate technical issues and coordinate with Site Lead.
• Coordinate deployments, expansions, and turnover activities.
• Maintain shift readiness and safety culture.
• Document incidents and report to Site Lead.
