Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of operating systems, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system monitoring tools.
• Professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT operations across systems, security tools, applications, servers, and devices.
• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
• Provide training and technical support to staff as needed.
• Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration.
