Job summary

Merchants Bank of Indiana is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to provide tier 1 and 2 IT support to internal users and assist the Manager with project work. You will communicate clearly, deliver timely solutions, and maintain excellent user satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, device management, and security practices, plus strong documentation skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years IT support in a corporate setting (help desk, systems support).
• Strong troubleshooting for end-user, endpoint, M365, and access issues.
• Experience with Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise and cloud services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with email migrations and Intune/Endpoint Manager preferred.
• Solid security fundamentals (MFA, CA, patching) and basic networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently maintain the help desk ticketing system and communicate with users.
• Provide project updates to department managers and assist with projects.
• Create/update technical documentation and how-to guides for end users.
• Support end-user training and participate in IT initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
