Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to team members.
• Install software and hardware.
• Set up new devices including computers and printers.
• Troubleshoot network account issues and perform account maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues.
• Provide training and assistance for technical issues.
• Maintain familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and antivirus software.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
• Provide technical documentation and training to users.
• Manage Oracle support.
• Assist with IS security.
• Manage Service Desk tickets.
• Assist with IS hardware support and installation.
