Qualifications

• 3–6 years of IT support experience, including resolution of escalated technical issues.
• Experience supporting POS systems and networked environments.
• Exposure to server administration and maintenance activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues involving POS systems and networking.
• Provide endpoint and user support, including configurations and maintenance.
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and after-hours support as needed.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

Working knowledge of POS systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education
