Job summary

The Missouri Judiciary is seeking a Computer Information Technology Specialist I to perform professional, technical and consultative work in support and coordination of IT services across mainframe, midrange and microcomputer environments.

You will analyze systems, design solutions, manage projects, and provide guidance on cost-benefit analyses to meet business needs. This role offers a solid benefits package and opportunities to grow within a community-oriented department.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional CT IT experience including analysis and design, or related areas; and a Bachelor's degree with 15 CS credit hours, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with mainframe, midrange or microcomputer environments is preferred.
• Experience leading projects and performing feasibility studies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise in computer information technology systems analysis and design.
• Develops and analyzes complex project specifications such as flowcharts and logic diagrams.
• Provides guidance and training to other personnel.
• Acts as project team leader, schedules milestones, assigns tasks, and conducts technical reviews.
• Performs cost-benefit analysis of technology solutions to meet business needs.
