Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information science, information systems management, operations research, technology management, or related degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks.
• Experience: Analyst I requires no prior experience; Analyst II requires two years of experience in design, development, maintenance, or administration of computer applications or database architecture.

Responsibilities

• Uses computer systems or applications to access, create, edit, print, send, retrieve, or manipulate data, files, or other information.
• Coordinates with vendor technical staff to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Understands, facilitates, and communicates changes to processes that deliver desired value and goals for the departments and clients served.
• Provides technical advice or assistance to others.
• Produces technical documentation to inform users of various skill levels on the features of products or services provided.
• Performs related work as required.
