Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of IT experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for translating business needs into requirements.
• Experience with quality assurance and testing across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and technical analysis to translate customer needs into detailed requirements and specifications.
• Defines and coordinates testing, including manual and automated test scripts and test cases.
• Assists project leadership and ensures milestones and deliverables are met.
• Maintains system integrity and supports change management and documentation.
