Responsibilities

• Provide technology support to employees across WACOG locations, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and other issues.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support technology resources including computers, mobile devices, and network equipment.
• Administer user accounts, system access, and security permissions for onboarding and role changes.
• Support security and reliability through system monitoring, updates, endpoint protection, and backup practices.
• Maintain technology infrastructure and connectivity across facilities, including networks and telecommunications.
• Manage technology assets lifecycle including inventory, licensing, procurement, and disposal.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for purchasing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Provide training on technology systems, cybersecurity awareness, and approved software usage.
• Evaluate organizational technology needs and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
• Support operations by maintaining confidentiality, reliable attendance, and traveling as needed.
