Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (desired).
• Proficient in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with AD (On-Prem & Azure) and Microsoft 365 security suite.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals: LAN/WAN, IPv4, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LDAP.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide network infrastructure support and manage configurations, including upgrades and modifications to the network and other installations.
• Conduct network performance analysis to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide second-level support for telephones and telephone system infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve telephone system issues.
• Support and maintain collaboration applications and videoconferencing systems.
• Protect company data and information systems from cybersecurity threats.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain endpoint security for servers and computers.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 security solutions and audits.
