Envoy, a mid-sized creative agency with offices in Irvine, seeks an IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, security, and service delivery. You will support staff across departments, implement processes, and maintain a tech-enabled workplace.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree and 2+ years in IT support, with strong Mac OS skills, customer service, and collaboration abilities. This hybrid, in-office role requires presence in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mac OS and office productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and records.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and access control.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; apply security updates.
