Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a technical IT position.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed, detail oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of firewalls, Active Directory and Windows Server.
• Strong LAN/WAN administration and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and tune in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high availability and security of business applications.
• Respond to incidents and drive security initiatives with IT teams.
• Assist with policy planning and system provisioning to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Perform backups, restores, and root-cause analyses of security incidents.
• Monitor network performance and coordinate hardware/software upgrades as needed.
