Job summary

Family HealthCare Network seeks an IS Technician II to install, configure, repair, and maintain PCs, printers, and related devices across multiple locations in California. The role includes training junior staff, coordinating with the IS team, and ensuring security camera systems are up to date.

The candidate must have CompTIA Network+ certification, a valid CA driver’s license, and be capable of traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word with tables, charts, graphs.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and lookups.
• Able to create presentations in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, repairs and maintains PCs, mobile devices, printers, cameras and related equipment.
• Train technicians in cabling IT infrastructure and safe practices for new sites or remodel zones.
• Assist in planning, installation and maintenance of network and computer infrastructure.
• Provide preventative maintenance schedules for computer equipment and maintain inventory.
