Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with data automation systems and network hardware/software.
• Ability to install, test, troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure devices.
• Experience providing customer technical assistance and liaising with service desks.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Force Support Squadron computer specialist with data automation systems and communication hardware/software applications.
• Supports configuration management, hardware/software maintenance, and user support for Data Automation Systems.
• Installs, tests, and troubleshoots network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Provides network services, OS security, and systems analysis to keep IT services running.
• Acts as liaison between customers and the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) for issue resolution.
