Qualifications

• Fixing computer hardware and software.
• Network knowledge preferred.
• 2+ years computer management/system implementation experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and conduct training programs.
• Travel to store locations as necessary.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain telecommunication systems and company servers.
• Implement laptop, server, and PC systems across the company.
• Develop and maintain network and computer procedures.
• Provide training to end users on software and phone systems.
• Ensure data backup, security, and anti-virus procedures.
• Receive and resolve internal support requests and coordinate with departments.
• Support end-user customers using digital imaging equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
