ERP Administrator
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Compensation: $100,000 Base Salary + Benefits + Relocation Assistance
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join a growing manufacturing organization based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This individual will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company's ERP environment, ensuring system reliability, optimization, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and hands‑on ERP administration experience with Epicor CMS (preferred), SAP, or NetSuite. This role offers the opportunity to drive system enhancements, support operational excellence and partner with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain , Operations , Manufacturing , Finance, Purchasing, and IT.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for the company's ERP system.
- Maintain ERP master data, system configurations, user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, Production Planning, and Finance teams to optimize ERP functionality.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Lead ERP enhancement projects, upgrades, testing initiatives, and system implementations.
- Develop and maintain ERP-related documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Support reporting and dashboard development to improve business decision‑making.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements that drive operational efficiencies.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and integration activities.
- Train end users and provide ongoing support across all departments utilizing the ERP system.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across inventory, production, purchasing, and financial modules.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Manufacturing industry experience is required.
- 3+ years of ERP administration, ERP analyst, ERP support, or ERP systems management experience.
- Hands‑on experience administering at least one of the followingERP platforms:
- Epicor CMS (strongly preferred)
- SAP
- NetSuite
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, or supply chain processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing ERP user security, workflows, configurations, and master data.
Preferred
- Prior experience with Epicor CMS in a manufacturing environment.
- ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration experience.
- SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence experience.
- Understanding of MRP, production scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows.
