Fairmount Park is seeking an IT Systems Manager to lead the IT department, ensuring reliable operations for casino and racing facilities. You will manage LAN/WAN, data centers, security, backups, and policies while supporting regulatory requirements and capital expenditures.

The role requires a four-year degree in Computer Science or MIS, 3+ years in IT management, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Base pay range listed and full benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years as an IT Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of casino IT operations, networks, data centers, and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT department operations and budget.
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backups systems.
• Design, install, and maintain LAN hardware, software, and telecom services.
• Develop policies for hardware/software acquisition, security, and disaster recovery.
• Respond to user needs regarding network access and software usage.
• Lead IT project initiatives and quarterly performance reviews.
