Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an IT-oriented System Engineer 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will design, implement, operate, and maintain cyber-physical infrastructure for mission-critical facilities, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across hardware and software systems. The role provides technical direction for requirements, design, integration, and testing, including documentation, lifecycle upgrades, and government interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 7+ years of progressive experience.
• Experience with system solutions for security IT/data center environments and virtualization technologies.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level-II requirements and security-cleared eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural frameworks for large, complex resilient systems meeting requirements and performance standards.
• Provide technical direction for requirements development, design, engineering, configuration, integration and testing of hardware/software components.
• Develop and update system documentation, implementation plans, and test protocols.
• Coordinate with government interfaces for systems engineering considerations during lifecycle.
