Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a System Engineer Intern to support Digital Services and Infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise IT—endpoints, operating systems, app deployment, cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations.

You will work with seasoned engineers to deploy, test, troubleshoot, monitor performance, and collaborate with teams on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and identity management, while following security and change management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, pursuing higher degree in IT-related field.
• Strong interest in enterprise IT, endpoints, and security.
• Ability to work with IT teams on deployment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment and support of Windows and Mac endpoints.
• Support software deployment and testing activities.
• Participate in endpoint management using Intune, SCCM or JAMF.
• Help monitor system performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and identity tasks.
• Participate in cloud, virtualization, networking, and security projects.
• Conduct testing and validation for new technologies.
