Job summary

Nintendo of America is seeking a motivated IT intern to support the IT SaaS Hosting team in Redmond, WA. You will contribute to SaaS applications, assist with security/compliance tasks, and help monitor M365 usage during the 10-week summer program from June to August.

Applicants must maintain a 3.0+ GPA, be enrolled in a related IT/CS degree, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Onsite work is required at Redmond, with 40 hours per week. Apply by December 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university with a May 2027–June 2028 graduation window.
• Pursuing IT/CS related degree with strong written communication.
• Interest in cloud-based collaboration tools and IT support.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IT SaaS Hosting team supporting SaaS apps and platforms.
• Collaborate on security and compliance initiatives for cloud platforms.
• Monitor usage trends in M365 and assist in issue resolution.
• Assist in troubleshooting end-user challenges in M365 apps.
• Help create knowledge base articles and FAQs for cloud collaboration.
• Research Microsoft platform advancements and share best practices.
