Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA is seeking a motivated intern to contribute to the Project Management team during the 10-week summer program from June through August. You will assist with planning, tracking progress, and preparing key artifacts under mentorship.

The internship runs onsite, requires a GPA of 3.0+, is open to students pursuing Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields, and offers a base pay rate of $30 per hour plus perks like transit access and onsite

Qualificações

• 3.0+ GPA required.
• Currently enrolled in college/university with graduation between May 2027 and June 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Desire to grow and pursue a career in project management.
• Detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity with strong problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position is 100% onsite in Redmond, WA.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Nintendo’s Project Management team for organizational programs and projects.
• Support with project planning, tracking progress and deliverables, preparing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and communicating with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist with creating essential project artifacts, including charters, work-back schedules, RAID logs and communication plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain alignment on project artifacts and monitor project progress.
