Nintendo of America is seeking a motivated IT intern to support the IT SaaS Hosting team in Redmond, WA. You will contribute to SaaS applications, assist with security/compliance tasks, and help monitor M365 usage during the 10-week summer program from June to August.

Applicants must maintain a 3.0+ GPA, be enrolled in a related IT/CS degree, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Onsite work is required at Redmond, with 40 hours per week. Apply by December 1, 2026.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Contribute to Nintendo's IT SaaS Hosting team in supporting SaaS applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with IT professionals on security and compliance initiatives related to cloud-based data sharing and communication platforms.
• Monitor and report usage trends and potential issues within M365 applications, supporting continuous improvement.
• Participate in troubleshooting sessions to resolve end user challenges with M365 applications, documenting solutions for future reference.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common questions and best practices for cloud collaboration.
• Research and understand the latest advancements in Microsoft platforms and services by proactively exploring new tools and development practices.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

• 3.0+ GPA.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a graduation conferral date between May 2027 and June 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Interest in IT and cloud-based collaboration, productivity, and communication platforms, particularly M365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Copilot.
• Knowledge in preparing clear written documentation, such as summaries and user guides.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly present information to technical and nontechnical audience.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours a week throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June 14 - August 20.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is 100% onsite in Redmond, WA.

This internship includes the base pay rate listed below, paid sick and holiday time, and perks such as a local transit pass and access to the onsite fitness center. Given the limited duration of the role, interns are not eligible for full-time employee benefits such as healthcare or 401(k).

Pay Rate:

$35 - $35 USD
