Job summary

Nintendo of America is offering a 10-week on-site summer internship in Redmond, WA. You will join the IT Platform Engineering team to modernize infrastructure, automate processes, and improve observability while gaining hands-on experience in a leading entertainment company.

You will collaborate with engineers, learn cloud basics across Azure/AWS/GCP, and develop practical skills in scripting, data analysis, and documentation during the June–August program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA and enrollment in a related degree.
• Studying CS/IT/IS/CE/Data Analytics with expected graduation 2027–2028.
• Foundational knowledge of servers, virtualization, networking, cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to IT Platform Engineering on infrastructure modernization and operational initiatives.
• Develop and test infrastructure automation using scripting and workflow tools.
• Advance observability and monitoring through data collection, dashboards, and reporting.
• Analyze infrastructure and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers in project meetings and platform modernization initiatives.
