Job summary

Rinsed, a B2B SaaS company serving the $15bn Car Wash industry, is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to manage and secure systems, access, and devices. You’ll be the go-to tech resource, work hands-on with identity, device, and SaaS tooling, and collaborate across teams to implement scalable solutions aligned with company goals.

You’ll shape IT, security, and AI practices, contribute to AI governance, and help teams adopt AI while ensuring PCI and SOC 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience administering identity and access tools like Okta and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing devices through an MDM (Addigy).
• Experience using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to enable work outcomes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and independent problem solving.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day IT support and triage requests via helpdesk and tickets.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Administer core identity and productivity stack (Okta SSO/MFA/SCIM, Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password).
• Manage laptop fleet through MDM (Addigy), including encryption and patching.
• Maintain IT knowledge base and vendor relationships; manage SaaS licenses.
