Job summary

Value Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced IT Systems Coordinator to support and maintain our technology infrastructure across office and manufacturing environments in Duarte, CA.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, Dynamics), and network services, delivering reliable end-user computing and security implementation while partnering with operations to keep business processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support, systems administration, or network support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory environments, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Support ERP applications such as NetSuite, A+W, SAP, Epicor, Dynamics, or similar.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, wireless, VoIP, and connectivity issues.
• Install and support IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, cabling, and security cameras.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, system documentation, backups, and equipment lifecycle records.
• Assist with technology projects, upgrades, and process improvements.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Coordinator to support and maintain our technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and end‑user computing environment. This hands‑on role supports Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, ERP applications, security systems, and daily IT operations across office and manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Support Oracle NetSuite, A+W, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, wireless, VoIP, and connectivity issues.

• 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or network support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• ERP experience (NetSuite, A+W, SAP, Epicor, Dynamics, or similar) preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server or database administration is a plus.

Training & Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, network support, or a related technical role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Experience supporting ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, A+W, SAP, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, workstation deployment, and endpoint management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform cabling and equipment installations.
• Comfortable working in office, manufacturing, and server room environments.
