Job summary

LHH is seeking an IT Specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization, supporting day-to-day IT operations across servers, networks, end-user devices, and cloud technologies. You will administer and troubleshoot a broad range of technologies to ensure reliable IT services throughout the company.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, AD, and Azure/Entra, plus ITSM familiarity, security tooling, and strong customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server and Hyper-V.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure/Entra.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like Freshservice.
• Experience with Sophos security products and Cisco networking equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, support, and troubleshooting for a broad range of technologies.

• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Cisco switches and LAN/WAN.
• Support Sophos security platforms and endpoint protection tools.
• Install, configure, and support servers, desktops, laptops, Macs, printers, and IP phones.
• Provide Help Desk support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Document IT processes and configurations; identify opportunities to improve IT support operations.

Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and maintaining critical infrastructure? We're seeking an IT Specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization and play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations across servers, networks, end-user devices, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

As the IT Specialist, you'll provide administration, support, and troubleshooting for a broad range of technologies while helping ensure reliable and secure IT services throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Teams, VPN, and enterprise security solutions
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco switches and LAN/WAN connectivity
• Support and maintain Sophos security platforms and endpoint protection tools
• Install, configure, and support servers, desktops, laptops, Macs, printers, monitors, docking stations, and IP phones
• Provide Help Desk support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
• Identify opportunities to improve IT support operations and user experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server and Hyper-V
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure/Entra
• Familiarity with Freshservice or similar IT Service Management platforms
• Experience supporting Sophos security products and Cisco networking equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network technologies
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• VoIP phone system administration
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) experience
• Microsoft Business Central experience
• IT certifications such as A+, CCNA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or similar

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

OR

• Associate degree plus 4+ years of relevant IT experience
