You will elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements across the system life cycle, collaborating with business users, technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure delivered solutions meet business value. Responsibilities include planning analysis activities, mapping current/future states, conducting gap analyses, and supporting testing and change management throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to elicit and document business and technical requirements for IT system implementations.
• Experience coordinating with business users, technical teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with attention to traceability.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis support for small to medium IT system implementations per lifecycle processes.
• Plan analysis approach, deliverables, and documentation with project leadership.
• Define project scope, develop business cases, and assess existing products for IT investment decisions.
• Coordinate requirements elicitation activities through sessions, interviews, and workshops.
• Create current/future state models, gap analyses, and improvement recommendations.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and support acceptance criteria.
• Assist in test planning, scenarios, and user testing alignment with requirements.
• Maintain requirements through changes and scope delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Act as liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors; support vendor evaluation as advisor.
