Job summary
Together AI is seeking an IT Engineer to support identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and end users across in-office and remote teams.
You will manage Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM for macOS, while handling procurement, asset management, and technical documentation. Collaborate across locations, contributing to automation and secure operations.
Base salary ranges from $140K to $220K plus equity; competitive benefits offered.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Okta administration (users, groups, app integrations).
- Strong Google Workspace knowledge and admin experience.
- MDM experience on macOS; FleetDM preferred.
- Support across macOS, Linux, iOS and Android devices.
- Experience with procurement and asset management processes.
- Clear, concise technical writing for documentation and KBs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable IT support for in-office and remote employees via Help Desk tickets.
- Administer Okta integrations and RBAC; optimize SaaS tooling integrations.
- Manage MDM fleet for macOS and Linux devices.
- Troubleshoot network issues and A/V systems in-office.
- Oversee procurement, asset management, and lifecycle tracking.
