Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP is seeking a customer-focused IT Analyst to join our Information Technology team supporting our San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. As an IT Analyst, you will provide high-quality second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices,

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on desktop support experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver responsive deskside and remote technical support in a hybrid environment.
Escalate and resolve IT incidents as second-level support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Image, configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and software.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation in ServiceNow.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
Oversee hardware lifecycle and procurement processes.
Communicate clearly and resolve service requests promptly.
