Job summary

The City of Glendale AZ Innovation & Technology department seeks a Systems Analyst to implement, maintain, integrate, and troubleshoot city applications. You may work independently or on project teams to solve business problems and improve IT operations.

This exempt position offers a strong benefits package and a salary range of $88,800.00–$133,200.00 annually, with ASRS retirement and paid holidays. Office and some remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with typical development and support experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications.
• Knowledge of system integration and API basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend technology solutions considering budget, needs and strategy.
• Participate on projects for new or updated applications and integrations.
• Design/review systems, perform complex analyses, and suggest modifications.
• Develop interfaces and API definitions to connect databases and systems.
• Ensure coding standards, documentation and change control are followed.
