Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an IT Analyst to provide technical expertise across analysis, design, and implementation for the IT department. The role supports the ERP and cloud environments, aids system administrators, and helps upgrade PCs and software.

The candidate brings 1-2 years of IT analyst experience, strong PC hardware/software knowledge, shell scripting, and excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 1-2 years’ IT Analyst experience.
• Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Knowledge of shell scripting languages.
• Experience in a help desk role and web technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and provide strong customer service.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Proficient reading/writing English; ability to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots issues to implement repairs and upgrades.
• Develops and maintains applications on Internet/Intranet websites.
• Assists in hardware/software purchases and implementation.
• Sets up workstations, printers, and peripherals; configures networks.
• Provides programming-oriented solutions to organizational needs.
• Handles escalations from Service Desk for hardware/software in an enterprise network.
• Monitors logs and documents clearly; helps ensure availability and performance standards.
• Supports IT security systems and cloud/ERP platforms (Azure, AD, O365, Okta, D365).
• Trains team members, supports data analysis and reporting; attendance and core-values alignment.
