Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and secure our Windows server environments, networks, and cloud infrastructure at our Spokane office. The role supports daily operations, performs backups, and collaborates with IT and development teams on upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in systems administration, strong Windows Server skills, Hyper-V experience, and scripting with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with virtualization Hyper-V.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve outages to minimize downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems (Active Directory, LDAP).
• Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and patch management.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including antivirus and vulnerability scanning.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) including provisioning, scaling.
• Provide tier 2/3 technical support and escalation for end-user issues.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.
