Responsibilities

• Administer and manage physical and virtual environments, including configurations, monitoring, performance, lifecycle management.
• Collaborate on vulnerabilities affecting GAO IT systems with colleagues and admins to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support requirements for customer-facing systems and applications and provide technical advice, troubleshooting incidents and ensuring critical activities continue.
• Plan, test, and deploy systems and updates to Windows and Linux servers, monitoring and compliance systems, and workstation/desktop OS, with federal staff and contractors.
• Investigate and resolve complex integration or configuration issues across enterprise systems (Windows, Linux, enterprise storage, backup, archive).
