Job summary

Liquidia Corporation is seeking an IT Support/Systems Administrator to support the IT department across multiple sites. Responsibilities include maintaining systems, providing end-user support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Degree or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and Windows server environments.
• Experience using a helpdesk system to track issues to resolution.
• Ability to follow security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT to maintain and plan new systems and services.
• Install hardware/software and troubleshoot based on user feedback.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and services.
• Create and improve IT procedures and documentation.
• Maintain inventory and manage asset distribution across sites.
• Support GxP/GMP IT systems at multiple locations with approved procedures.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and remediation.
