Job summary

Verista, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks experienced IT professionals to support validated laboratory and manufacturing systems across the life sciences sector. You will help ensure compliant operation of LIMS, data systems, and instrument software in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure system integrity, risk-based validation, and ongoing improvements aligned with GxP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting regulated computerized systems.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated pharma/biotech/medical devices environment.
• Hands-on experience with LIMS, Veeva, chromatography data systems, instrument software.
• Knowledge of computer system validation, qualification, change control, and controlled documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR 11, data integrity principles and risk-based validation.
• Experience with Windows administration, Active Directory, endpoint management, and backups.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory informatics platforms and regulated computerized systems.
• Coordinate software installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations.
• Contribute to validation and lifecycle documentation activities.
• Assist with cybersecurity remediation and system migrations in regulated environments.
• Provide status updates across projects and participate in cross-functional sessions.
• Document technical evidence and participate in risk assessments and audits as needed.
