Job summary

Allied OneSource in Topeka, KS is seeking an IT Systems Administrator II to join a collaborative infrastructure team responsible for keeping critical enterprise systems secure, connected, and performing at their best. This role is not entry-level.

You will work across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, network and security technologies, serving as an escalation point and driving remediation with modern monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on systems, network, or infrastructure administration experience with Windows Server 2019 or newer, AD, GPO, and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, AD, GPO, DNS, and core infra technologies.
• Diagnose network/connectivity issues using TCP/IP, subnetting, ports, protocols, DNS, firewall rules, and traffic flow.
• Support security/compliance initiatives using endpoint, monitoring, and security tools to identify vulnerable/noncompliant systems and coordinate remediation.
• Serve as an escalation resource by investigating complex tickets, documenting solutions, and coordinating with users and teams.
