Job summary

Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL is seeking a full-time IT professional to ensure computer systems and networks operate efficiently, securely and reliably. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem solving, OS knowledge, identity and access management, virtualization, scripting, automation and networking.

Education: high school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in IT/cybersecurity or networking preferred. 3–5 years of experience is desirable.

Job description

This candidate will be responsible for ensuring that an organization's computer systems and network operate efficiently, securely and reliably. Key skills include excellent critical thinking, problem solving, operating system knowledge, identity and access, virtualization, scripting, automation and networking.

Education required: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field such as information technology, cybersecurity and/or networking is preferred. 3-5 years' experience in the field is also preferred.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Pay begins at $30.58 and increases with experience.
