The Naval Nuclear Laboratory in the United States is seeking a motivated System Administrator to join the Information Technology team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional IT services. The role requires experience with Exchange, Skype for Business, and Office 365, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

As a System Administrator, you will manage Exchange Server and Office 365 services, provide end-user support, and participate in lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree in a related field and 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Server and Skype for Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Server administration tasks including mailbox management and troubleshooting.
• Oversee Skype for Business deployment, configuration and issue resolution.
• Administer Office 365 services including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Provide first-line IT support to end-users and escalate as needed.
• Plan and manage lifecycle of existing and new IT implementations, including patching.
• Document processes, configurations, and test plans thoroughly.
• Ensure security policy compliance across systems.
