Job summary

Edwards Aquifer Authority in San Antonio, TX seeks an IT professional to configure, implement, monitor, maintain, and administer enterprise applications, servers, backups, file systems, and cloud environments. Provides elevated end user support, helpdesk assistance and AV support for the daily operation.

The role also involves collecting system specifications, planning modifications, testing, documenting procedures, training users, and coordinating upgrades and after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise system management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SaaS apps, and identity/access management.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor, maintain, and secure Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
• Provide elevated end-user support, helpdesk, and AV support for daily operations.
• Coordinate software upgrades, backups, DR, and system monitoring.
