Job summary

Sentry Equipment, a ProMach subsidiary, is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain our technology infrastructure, secure data, and support business operations across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.

You will work with the IT Director, manage Windows servers, Microsoft 365, AD, and cloud tech; strengthen cybersecurity, support ERP/CRM/HRIS, and lead infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of systems or network administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud tech.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and firewalls.
• Experience with virtualization platforms preferred (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Cybersecurity fundamentals and disaster recovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows servers, Microsoft 365, AD and cloud systems.
• Support network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Enhance cybersecurity, incident response and endpoint protection.
• Support ERP/CRM/HRIS and manufacturing systems.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades and IT projects.
