Job summary

Sertoma Star Services is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage daily administration, support, and optimization of our technology systems. You will be the primary internal resource for business applications, user support, and vendor coordination, aligning with a three- to five-year technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience administering business systems, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, case-management, Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing user accounts, security groups, and configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, support, and optimize the organization’s business applications and technology systems.
• Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, access levels, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues and provide timely technical support to employees.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, security, and availability.
• Support cloud-based business applications and data integrity; participate in data migration and system configurations.
• Lead assigned technical workstreams and daily implementation activities related to system upgrades and new technology solutions.
• Coordinate system testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
