Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments and related services.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Monitor system performance and server health.
• Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance.
• Manage and Coordinate activities with the MSP.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
• Document system changes and procedures.
