Job summary

Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (IOS) is a commercial doors and hardware solutions provider building smart, code-compliant, and sustainable buildings. We are creating an internal IT team and hiring two IT Systems Administrator roles to support Microsoft 365, cloud, and end-user services across multiple sites.

Two tracks offer growth: Track A — Cloud Infrastructure & Security; Track B — Business Systems & Automation.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, CompTIA A+/Network+ are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a front-line point of contact between IOS users and our MSP, triaging tickets and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint devices across company locations.
• Develop automation and Power Platform capabilities with track direction.
• Grow into administration of Azure compute, storage, and network resources, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Build toward ownership of Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Defender/Sentinel monitoring.
