Job summary

The Centers in Cleveland is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage both on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network services.

You will troubleshoot, automate routine tasks, document configurations, and lead system implementations across teams to support the agency\'s mission. This role requires strong communication and a proactive automation mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of systems administration or related IT experience.
• HIPAA privacy and security familiarity is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, servers, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, or systems administration preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between agency locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical and virtual servers, workstations, firewalls, and network infrastructure across OSI layers 1–7.
• Support telephony environments (POTS, PBX, VoIP).
• Administer and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365; maintain Active Directory and Group Policy with security and reliability in mind.
• Escalate complex issues with help desk and vendors to drive timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks with scripting.
• Document system configurations, analyze performance, and maintain records for continuity and compliance.
• Lead and contribute to system implementations and enhancements across teams.
• Establish and enforce standards for administration and security of all system components.
