Job summary

The Centers in Cleveland, OH is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage physical and virtual servers, networks, and telephony across OSI layers 1–7. You will be a hands‑on escalation point and contribute to high‑impact projects using Azure, Microsoft 365, AD, and firewall technologies.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of systems administration experience, an associate degree in IT or related field, and strong scripting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Three+ years of systems administration or related IT experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security is a plus.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, or systems administration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and travel between agency locations required.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support & Administration — manage servers, workstations, firewalls, and network infrastructure across OSI layers 1–7.
• Telephony Systems — support POTS, PBX, and VoIP environments.
• Cloud & Identity Management — administer Azure and Microsoft 365; maintain AD and Group Policy.
• Escalated Technical Support — assist help desk and coordinate with vendors for timely resolutions.
• Automation & Scripting — automate routine tasks and develop scripts to improve efficiency.
• System Documentation & Performance — document configurations and monitor performance for compliance and continuity.
• Project Leadership — lead and contribute to system implementations and enhancements.
• Standards & Security — establish and maintain security standards for all components.
