Job summary

Nixon Power Services is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and optimize a broad IT environment across our operations. The role focuses on configuring, deploying, and maintaining servers, PCs, and network components to ensure reliable daily operations.

You will manage Office 365, Azure services, Intune, and Entra, provide end-user support, respond to outages, and work with the IT Director to align technology with business goals while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT operations experience.
• 5+ years managing server-class Wintel hardware.
• 8+ years using MS Office and Wintel clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and monitoring all IT operations.
• Manage Office 365 environment including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and associated applications.
• Support Azure environment including Entra, Intune, VM’s, etc.
• Monitor and maintain PCs, servers, network connectivity and performance.
• Respond to production system outages.
• Provide daily end-user technical support for team members company-wide.
• Provide support for phones, and computer hardware and software.
• Process account setup and termination requests.
