Job summary

Addison HVAC is seeking a Systems Administrator to install, configure, maintain, and support our on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure in Orlando. You will manage ~350 users, own day-to-day operations, and drive automation, security, and improvements with limited supervision.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with IT leadership for escalations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on system administration experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and permissions.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and PowerShell usage.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, security, and backups.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Maintain servers, PCs, and software to ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Secure data and IT infrastructure from threats.
• Document system operations and backups.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
• Manage Office 365 Copilot/Azure setup and configuration.
• Participate in long-term IT design and improvements.
